NAPS places a minimum of one HR supervisor in your facility to manage labor and track attendance. Our experienced HR representatives are on site to support plant managers and serve as a vital link to the employees. We also provide a secure van service to and from the border and assist our non-Mexican clients in acquiring work permits as well as short-term permits to visit manufacturing facilities.
